Zoltàn Vakulya, who has worked with Mal Pelo since 2018, is planning a research residency for a new piece, together with Chen-Wei Lee.
Passing Measures, now at the creation stage, will be a dance piece. Wei and Zoltán have worked together before on projects such as Together Alone, in which they focussed on the challenge of the closeness between dancers. In Passing Measures they hope to navigate through words that vanish and disappear, exploring their shared vocabulary.
