Oligor y Microscopía is a company that looks into the theatre of objects, documents, automata, mechanisms and miniatures. It grew out of the formation of a partnership in 2013 between Jomi Oligor (Hnos. Oligor-Navarra) and Shaday Larios (Microsopía Teatro - México), both artists dedicated to exploring different ways of approaching the inanimate on stage. The former from a viewpoint of the plastic arts and poetic engineering that came from his studies in fine arts and the latter, greatly influenced by her studies in philosophy, from a vision that emphasises themes related to the memory of things and experiments with small scale. Together they have taught many workshops on the theatre of documentary objects. They created La Maquina de la Soledad (www.lamaquinadelasoledad.org), a long piece of research into objects-letters. Also El Solar. Agencia de Detectives de Objetos, together with the theatre of objects actor Xavier Bobés, a project on practices of territory and material culture with which they have solved three cases (www.agenciasolar.org). They are currently working on finishing their latest piece, La melancolía del turista, for its forthcoming premier.
