French dancer, choreographer and teacher of contemporary dance. She trained in Paris with Françoise and Dominique Dupuy, as well as with the maestro Jérôme Andrews. Having been a soloist in the company Les Ballets Modernes de Paris, she continued her dance training in the United States (Universities of Harvard and New York) and worked as a soloist in the Mathews/Masters Dance Company. Later she began her own choreographic work in Paris with the companies Transit and Libre Parcours, producing pieces for international companies.
She is an honorary lecturer at the Conservertoire National de Musique y Danse de Lyons (France) and in 1991 was appointed by the French Ministry of Culture as Director of the Ecole Supérieure de Danse Contemporaine de Angers (CNDC), the first national choreographic centre in the country. Since 1997 she has been co-founder, co-director and choreographer, with
Álvaro Restrepo, of the Colegio del Cuerpo in Cartagena de Indias.
